PRACTICE FOR CHILDREN’S PROGRAM - The children will be practicing for the Christmas Program on Sunday, November 9, 15, 30, and December 7 at 1:30pm. Please mark you calendar!

SPEAKING FOR THE MASTER - Want to server the Lord? Speaking for the Master is a class on public scripture reading, public prayer, announcements, communion meditation, and preaching. Class will continue at 1:30pm on Sunday, November 9th. There is still room for more to join us.

OASIS BIBLE STUDY - Need a spiritual drink of water to help you through the week? Come get your fill of the living water at Oasis Bible Study at 1pm in room #201. Come and join us for some good fun, fellowship, and a lesson from God’s Word. Our next Fellowship Meal - November 6; Oasis on the Go - November 20th. The last Oasis Bible Study for 2025 will be November 20th. We will start again in 2026!

FOCUS MEN’S FELLOWSHIP - Men’s Fellowship is a great time to share in each other’s lives. Our next Men’s Fellowship Meeting will be Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 8:30am at BoJangles. Please feel free to bring a friend. Men of all ages are invited.

YOUTH / CHILDREN TRIP - We are putting together a trip for the youth and children to go to see the Christmas lights at Tanglewood. Date is Friday, November 21, We will meet at the gate at 5pm. Each person needs to bring a bag supper. Cost is $20 cash ($23 credit card) per car regardless of occupant number.

THANKSGIVING FELLOWSHIP MEAL - Our annual Thanksgiving meal will be Sunday, November 23rd, after the morning worship service. The church will be providing the meat. There will be a sign-up sheet out on the table in the foyer for those who would like to attend. There is a second sign-up for volunteers to bring other menu items. For more details see a representative from the Christian Sisters Fellowship.

COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING SERVICE - This year’s Thanksgiving Community Service will be held at Bald Mountain Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 25 at 7:00pm. This is a special program giving thanks and praise to God for all our blessings. We hope you will join us for this special praise and worship time.

VBS MEETING - Vacation Bible School is scheduled for June 12, 13, 14 next year. That may seem like a long way off but it will come quickly. The theme is “Dive into the Deep Blue with Jesus”. There are still a ton of details to work out so mark your calendar for January 11 @ 1:30pm for our next meeting.

NEEDED CAPRI SUN (Roaring Waters) - BCX Children’s Program needs CAPRI SUN (Roaring Water), any flavor. They use theses each week. It would be great if you would pick up a few boxes and put them in the office. We greatly appreciate your support of the Children’s ministry here at BCCC.

BCX CHILDREN - The children will be meeting in room #101 for the Sunday School Hour at 10am. During Worship, The children will be dismissed for Children’s Worship around 11:30am. There will be songs, scripture, and activities.

JOIN US FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL: Join us each Sunday for Sunday School at 10am. We have two adult classes. One meets in the auditorium and rotates between our four teachers: Loren Lung, David Grubb, Tommy Parson, and Mike Grubb. We also have an alternative adult class in room 201 for those who like discussion format. The children meet in the Fellowship Hall for BCCC EXPRESS. Sunday School starts at 10:00am in the sanctuary.

PHONE TREE: The policy for the phone tree is to activate it for prayer request only upon permission or request of the family and to provide updates as the family provides them. We cannot pass on to you information we do not have or that we have not received permission to share. The administration of the phone tree is through Loren Lung or Amanda Thompson.

COMMUNION TO THE SHUT-INS: If you would like communion brought to your house please let us know and one of our men when come and serve communion to you along with prayer and a scripture reading.
